Kaiser Foundation session on Supreme Court Case

I attended a session sponsored by Kaiser Family Foundation on the Supreme Court Case.  Joe Onek, a well respected lawyer and political adviser seemed optimistic that the Court will uphold the key issues of the ACA.  He said that the court would have to overturn 200 years of court decisions and that the commerce clause has been upheld in the past.

This link provides a webcast that covers his remarks among other speakers.

A very interesting tracking poll can be found at this site relative to issues dealt with in the case and related matters.  See chartpack in particular.

As stated before, I still feel we need to do more to educate folks on the provisions of the law and the myths.
