Many of you are aware that a new special enrollment period (SEP) was announced today for people in states using the federally facilitated Marketplace (FFM) who have to pay the penalty for not having coverage when they file their taxes. The special enrollment period goes from March 15 to April 30, and consumers have to complete enrollment by April 30, 2015. We will update our material and provide more information on this new SEP and additional updates soon.
